What JIRA Dashboards are available?

There are basically three categories regarding JIRA Dashboards:

System Dashboard

This is the default Dashboard that appears before logging into the system. This Dashboard contains the most relevant information about the current release for JobScheduler, JADE and its components. You find the following information:

  • Introduction: where you find a couple of links that might be of interest for you 
  • Activity stream: the last 10 activities within all JobScheduler projects
  • Projects: An overview of all JobScheduler projects
  • Two Dimensional Filter Statistics: A matrix about the current release with all status on one of the axis and the projects on the other axis
  • Filter Results: The same as above but on a one-dimensional overview
  • Issue Statistics: Statistics about the status of the issues over all projects for the current release 
  • Quick Links if you want to browse the projects or to search for specific issues

Release Management

The Release Management Dashboard is the Dashboard that helps the JobScheduler Development Team to have a control of:

  • What issues are included in a specific release
  • What status these issues 

 

Project Related Dashboards

These are the Dashboards that contains information for a concrete project. For example, the Dasboard "JobScheduler Version Planning" contains:

  • Issue Statistics about the status of the issues for JobScheduler
