Getting in contact with the SOS Support Team

Customers of a Commercial License

  • Please, check the Change Management System if a similar bug or change has been reported.
  • If you have been assigned an account for the SOS Ticket System then add your Bug Report or Change Request to the Ticket System.
  • If you booked an additional Support Option for 
    • 24/7 Support then add your Bug Report for issues with the priority production standstill to the Ticket System
    • Service Request Support then add your Service Request to the Ticket System.
  • In case of outage of the Ticket System send an e-mail to support@sos-berlin.com
  • In case of outage of the mail server call us by +49 30 864 790 0
