The message replacement standing by means, that JobScheduler detects a change of a configuration file. JobScheduler wants to take over the change but this is not possible at the moment as for example a job with a running task was changed. Also orders in a setback or suspend state are "running" and changes will take effect when the order is rescheduled after completing the job chain. If you want to change an order, which is in setback or suspend state, you can execute the reset function from order menue in JOC. Then change the order and run the order manually using start order in order menue.
