Whilst JobScheduler does not have a built-in feature for sending notifications to pagers, you can achieve this using third party software and a special error handling job.
Alternatively, you could use a monitoring software such as Nagios. We already have an FAQ with examples showing how to connect to Nagios via a passive Nagios service.
