There are a number of sources of documentation for JobScheduler, JADE, the JITL jobs delivered with JobScheduler, both online and offline. The most important starting points are:

From the file system

Documents are saved on the local file system as part of the JobScheduler installation procedure. These documents are updated with each new release and can be be opened directly from the file system using the paths ".\doc\en" and ".\doc\en<Z/code>" where "<code>." is the JobScheduler installation directory.
This is typically (on Windows systems) C:\Program Files\sos-berlin.com\jobscheduler\myScheduler .

The documents found on the file system with JobScheduler v. 1.6 are:

  • The JobScheduler Reference documents in English German and French

Via JOC "Help|Extras" Menu

  • The "Documentation (en)" and "Documentation (de)" items in this menu open the JobScheduler Reference documents in English and German respectively. These are locally stored versions and updated with each new release. They can also be opened directly from the file system using the paths ".\doc\en" and ".\doc\en<Z/code>" where "<code>." is the JobScheduler installation directory.
    This is typically (on Windows systems) C:\Program Files\sos-berlin.com\jobscheduler\myScheduler .
  • The other menu items (FAQ, Forum, etc.) are online.
