Scope

• SOSHibernate is a database access layer that is based on Hibenate and ships with JobScheduler.
• SOSHibernate allows job scripts and monitor scripts that are implemented with Java or JavaScript to access any DBMS product that is supported by Hibernate.
• SOSHibernate is a replacement for the earlier set of SOSConnection classes.
• FEATURE AVAILABILITY STARTING FROM RELEASE 1.11.3

Supported Database Systems

SOSHibernate classes are available for the following database systems: 

• MS SQL Server
• MySQL
• Oracle
• PostgreSQL
• Firebird
• Sybase
• DB2 

Class Hierarchy and Deployment

All classes share the package name com.sos.hibernate.classes and are deployed with the archive com.sos-berlin.jobscheduler.hibernate-commons-<version>.jar.

Deployment of the connection package is provided for:
