Introduction
JS7 includes the components:
- JOC Cockpit
- Controller
- Agent
An outage refers to the situation when one or more JS7 components become unavailable. The effects of an outage of the JOC Cockpit or the Controller are different compared to the effects of an outage of an Agent.
