Who tracks issues?

Who should track issues in the SOS Change Management System:

  • Users that have reported a bug and that wants to follow the resolution for this bug
  • Customers, that proposed a Change Request and wants to follow the status of it

How to track issues?

There are basically three ways of tracking issues for a user in the SOS Change Management System:

  • Watching
  • Find your own Issues: List issues through labels for a Customer Account Number
  • TIC + Linked Issues
