A user creates a financial report and wants to send the report to a customer. The user generates the file using his SAP FICO tool and stores the file to a directory.
YADE is configured to monitor directories, as soon as YADE finds a file, the predefined workflow will be executed, YADE encrypts the file using a predefined key/password and transfers it to the customer. Once the file is successfully transfered then the customer will be sent a confirmation e-mail and the original file will be moved to an archive folder
